Hatha yoga classes every Monday morning at the Club from 9.30 till 10.50 with Rosemary.
Rosemary has been teaching yoga for twenty years and her classes are friendly and relaxed.
She says that any one, any age, can take part as the exercises are gentle and you just do what you can.
The highlight of Rosemary’s class is the relaxation making sure you go home feeling, not only energized, but relaxed.
You will need a mat, a towel or small blanket, and loose clothes that you can stretch your body in easily.
